WHAT ARE TOTITOS?

  • Totitos are a loyalty/reward system for verified donors
  • Totitos are earned for verified donations and other actions (sharing, interactions)
  • Totitos can be exchanged for goods or services for pets
  • System tracks all donor contributions and rewards active participation

HOW TO EARN TOTITOS:

  • Verified donations: Each verified donation earns totitos (amount doesn't matter, only that it's verified)
  • Sharing cases: Sharing cases on social media also earns totitos
  • Interactions: Engaging with agents and the platform improves user rating which multiplies totitos
  • User rating multiplier: 1 star = 1x, 2 stars = 2x, 3 stars = 3x, 4 stars = 4x, 5 stars = 5x
  • Total totitos = base value × user star rating

VERIFICATION PROCESS FOR TOTITOS:

  • Donors upload receipt/comprobante after making transfer
  • Verification happens weekly with guardians
  • Guardians review and approve donations after cross-checking records
  • Once guardian approves, donor receives automatic notification
  • Donor then earns totitos for the verified donation

IF DONOR DOESN'T VERIFY:

  • If guardian verifies independently (with user-specific data), donor is notified to claim totitos
  • This ensures donors don't miss totitos even if they forget to upload receipt
  • Unverified donations still help the pet, but no totitos earned

WHERE TO SEE TOTITOS:

  • Users can access their profile from the bottom navbar
  • Profile shows: donation history, totitos earned, user rating/stars
  • All donation and contribution information is accessible in the profile

USER RATING AND TOTITOS:

  • User rating (1-5 stars) affects totitos multiplier
  • Rating factors: active rate, number of donations, interactions with agents, guardian/user reviews
  • Higher rating = more totitos per action
  • Example: Base value 10 totitos × 3 star rating = 30 totitos earned

COMMUNICATION:

  • When explaining totitos, mention: "Totitos son un sistema de recompensas por donaciones verificadas"
  • Explain that sharing cases also earns totitos
  • Mention that user rating multiplies totitos earnings
  • Encourage verification to maximize totitos earnings
